Volunteer with us JUST ONE TIME or as much as you like, at the American Airlines Center working in a concessions stand (like Pizza Hut, Taco Bueno..yummy...at the American Airlines Center in Downtown Dallas. You must be at least 19 years of age. Calling all Dallas Mavericks fans, Dallas Stars fans, Concert and event fans!
This is awesome that you have begun the process to join our volunteer team this season with the American Airlines Center and the Dancing Divas and Dudes! We are in full swing and so excited that you will be a part of this amazing opportunity.
Park free, free shuttle, see/hear the concerts, games and events for free.
We have to stress the importance of honoring all of your commitments to your schedule, should you join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

Step 1:  Complete the background check. Follow the instructions below.
The NBA requires that all volunteers who will be participating in the basketball season to undergo a background check. To ensure that every volunteer completes a background check, we need each volunteer to click the link below and complete the required forms. You will not be able to volunteer if you do not go through the background check process.
Please read the following guidelines before you complete the background check authorization, disclosure and information documents.
⦁ Every volunteer should fill out their own information and use their own email address.
⦁ You will be taken to a page entitled “PowerForm Signer Information.” Please make sure to type your full name and correct email address.
⦁ Once you have filled out your name and email, you are ready to begin filling out your background check authorization, disclosure and information documents. Please note that once you click “Begin Signing” you will need to complete the background check forms in ONE sitting. You will not be able to go back and start another form if you begin a form and do not finish it.
⦁ When filling out the background check documents, you will be guided to each place requiring your information by clicking the “Next” button. Please complete each red box. If a required field, other than the social security number or birthday, is not applicable to you (e.g. other names/aliases), please write in N/A.
⦁ Please remember to use your full legal name and not a nickname or shorter version of your name.
⦁ Only providing the last 4 digits of your SSN, or providing an inaccurate SSN will prohibit us from being able to process your background check. Levy Restaurants will not be able to complete a background check without a volunteer’s FULL SSN.
⦁ Once all required fields have been completed a “finish” button will appear. Please press the “finish” button to submit your background check forms. Your forms will then be sent directly to the Levy Restaurants corporate office for submission.
Once your background check authorization, disclosure and information documents are processed, Levy Restaurants will reach out to you if we have any questions or concerns.

Step 5:  Creating Legends Orientation
The next Levy Restaurants’ Creating Legends Orientation is on
Date:  Thursday, July 20th, 2017 from 6:00P – 8:00P
This is a required class in order to volunteer at the American Airlines Center. We will discuss building and company policies and procedures, cash handling, uniform and liquor policies, etc.  Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure your place in the class. If you are running late, please  inform your organization’s leadership well in advance so that they may communicate this to me. Once the class begins, I will not be able to retrieve you from security.  It is recommended that you bring a copy of your T.A.B.C. & TX Food Handler certifications and  your RAS confirmation email, if you have not already provided these to your group leader. You  will also need to have submitted a background consent form online.

The class is being held at:  American Airlines Center, 2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX  75219. 

Parking: Lexus Parking Garage located at the corner of North Houston Street and All Star Way.  Cross the street and walk straight. You will be on the north side of the building. Take a left to go  around the building and you will run into the Employee Entrance (at the corner of All Star Way  and Victory Ave).  Let security know you are here for a Levy orientation and have them call Wendy.
