Ujamaa (oo-JAH-mah) is one of the most powerful principles of Kwanzaa.
It focuses on cooperative economics,

Free Day of Pampering for Seniors

(PIC) Chief on the Beat at Beckley-Saner Rec in Dallas, Texas

Dancing Divas getting the Party Started!
Dallas Police Department "Chief on the Beat" was great at Beckley-Saner Rec Ctr on Saturday. You can see these ladies really enjoyed it, look at the smiles on their faces.  If you have not been going, you definitely should go.  It is one of the most informative and fun health fairs you can go to in Dallas.  Let's support our beautiful city.  I 💙 Dallas, Texas!

Happy Black History!

What a wonderful time we had at Dallas City Hall, learning about Dallas' Black History.  Dr. Keeton's presentation on Remembering Black Dallas was exceptional, and our dancing was too!  We are grateful for the history and memories of the past and beyond blessed every day we are given to get up and get moving.
"Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.” -- Harriet Tubman
