Grandparents Raising Grandkids Xmas Celebration at MLK

What a fun time dancing and celebrating  at the
Grandparents Raising Grandkids Xmas Celebration at MLK
I think they really enjoyed our performance!

(Pics) Sock for Seniors

We finished out the year with a bang delivering our "Socks for Seniors" at Park Manor.  The highlight was meeting Diva Nettie's beautiful sister Della.  What a blessing and a honor to be able to put a smile on her face and many other residents' faces at Park Manor.  We passed out 120 pair of socks and have been invited to come back and Electric Slide with everyone in 2018!

Meeting Today!

Lots of updates!

Let's grow our own gardens in our backyards, eat lots of fruits and veggies and stay away from processed foods, drink plenty of water, dance and exercise, live to be 100 years old and have a good ole time!

This stuff is scary.
Read some FACTS about our Health here   http://www.whatthehealthfilm.com/facts/
If you get a chance watch the show "What the Health",  if you have Netflix.
We should be talking about these things in class and watching what we eat everyday.
We can always become healthier and improve the quality of our lives.

They have screening of this film around Dallas, check back to this website for days and times.

(pics) Po Bill's Feed the Needy Basketball Tournament

It's always a good time dancing at the half-time show at Po Bill's Feed the Needy Basketball Tournament.  Po Bill is always so nice to us and gives us plenty of shout outs.
A big shout out to Ms. Sarah for the wonderful dinner she provided to all the Divas.
That's what it is all about...LOVE, Peace and Blessings!
Love you all, Sharon

This was our first time dancing in the Rodeo and in the "Arena Dirt", and was that an experience!
We had a blast watching all the horse races
at the Pony Express Rodeo.  Looking forward to attending next year.  Good job! C-Boy
